The first thing to do it is to test the speed when connect with the ethernet cable to the modem or test it with the Fizz App
Also you can try to disable the band steering and the ATF
For the browser connect to the modem
- Open an Internet browser and enter 192.168.0.1 in the address bar.
- Identify yourself using the following login information:
Username: cusadmin
Password: **enter your Wi-Fi password**
- Disable Band Steering in Wireless -> Basic Settings -> 5G
- Disable ATF in Wireless -> ATF -> 2.4G and 5G
- Manually set the WiFi channels to the less crowded ones6 -
my friend of mine does too, when we do test on fizz app, it will show fast speed but when we go surft internet or stream movie its slow then test speed on the app beside fizz, it show slow speed4

Difference between SpeedTest and Fizz app :
- Fizz measures speed from the router
- SpeedTest measures speed from your device : if the connection from your device to the router is slower than the max speed from the router than you won't get the max speed provided by the router.3 -
