I can’t use my perks?

Every time I want to activate my perk, it says that I can only active it on a active line

    To get help,
    Please, contact the Fizz customer service by chat from 8h00 to 21h00, each day.
    First, connect you to your Fizz account.
    Wait to see the green chat bubble down to the right of the page.
    When you see it, click on it.
    Your chat session begins with Fizz.
