I thought i'd read that we were supposed to get charge once the modem arrived. So you can imagine I got pretty upset when I got charged for a internet fees I am not using with a modem I did not receive yet...................

Yes it is normal, however, the billing cycle will start when the modem is received

Yes, it's totally normal. You have to pay a month in advance, it's the same everywhere
