Will an old Doro PhoneEasy 612 work with Fizz?

It is an old flip phone to be used for calls only for a senior who has no knowledge of or need for texting or data. It is de-activated and without a phone number. I think it is capable to work with LTE, but am uncertain. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
