Cannot connect to voicemail and text message disappearance ?

This morning, 2 strange things happened:
1/ I cannot connect anymore to my voicemail (I hear a message saying It's currently unavailable but my boyfriend can connect to his, he's a also Fizz customer)
2/ All my text messages were erased.
Any idea ?

Try to restart the phone, it seems a problem with your phone
Fizz cannot cancel the SMS from your phone.5 -
I did restart my phone but still nothing
For the voicemail, ito says that my current plan does not have this option, but I checked and it does...5 -
Very odd indeed, no issues on my side. Have you tried contacting Customer Service via chat? I think this must be an issue specific to your account...
Hope you can solve this soon!5 -
I tried but the chat bubble doesnt seem to be available today (And it is always very hard to find anyway...)

As Gabo said this is very stange,
To see a list of all your Fizz transactions. to check that you have the voicemail
- Go to My Plans in your Fizz account.
- If you have more than one plan, choose the plan you wish to see transactions for.
- Scroll to the bottom of the usage summary and click on Transaction history.

Try with this instructions, I tried now and I was able to have the chat bubble.

- Go to this page https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-can-I-access-and-use-my-voicemail, if you are not connect login
- The business hours: every day from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. (EST).
- Wait 5 seconds for the bubble icon to appear at the bottom right of the browser and click on the icon to chat with support. Try a different browser if you have issues getting the bubble to appear.

If the chat bubble does not appear, this means that the number of sessions waiting for our answers surpasses our processing capacity. If that happens, send us a private message via Facebook Messenger or Twitter.6 -
