how do i reactivate a reward i just removed?

Just arrived at Level 4, and I recently received a 2$ rebate for my internet plan, but couldn't seem to activate it.
Since i had 2 slots already occupied with rebates, and the 3rd slot would only be unlocked at Level 5.
So i figured i will remove my 1$ rebate reward, and replace with my new 2$ rebate.
The 1$ rebate was removed, but i was still not able to apply the new 2$ rebate.
How can i reactivate the 1$ rebate? And when i can apply the new 2$ rebate?

You need to swap and not removed
If the 1$ was already activated you can reactivate it, click on it,
If it was in pending mode you cannot reactivate it.

After you activate the 1$, when activate it, click on it you should be able to swap it.

If you select a slot where there’s already another upgrade that was already activated (therefore not in pending for activation), the system will ask you to confirm the swap. If you accept, the new upgrade will be applied to your plan come your next payment cycle.

Mike I have another question, maybe you can answer...

I know that bonus expires after 24 months. Is it 24 months after they appear in our account, even if not applied in a slot, or 24 months after you put them in a slot?

Furthermore, the bonus that are not applied to a slot, do they stay there forever or do they expires as well eventually?

Yes the upgrades have a validity of 24 months from when you will receive it, used or not

Yes the upgrade have a validity of 24 months from the day that you get it, used or not.
I believe that this is the reason why Fizz have almost repeated upgrades.
My rewards will expires in less than a year or :’(

And finalll question
When you swap a bonus, what happens with the one that was on the slot first? Does it disappears or doest it go back in the bonus drawer until it expires?

It goes back to the list of the upgrades, you can always reused it still the end of his validity
Therefore, if you add a new mobile plan, you can apply to that one, or reused it on your plan.

If you have mobile as well as internet service, do you get 3 mobile slots and 3 internet slots?

And if you have 2 mobile plans, do you get 6 slots, 3 for each?

Yes you will have at most 3 slots for each plan

Also if you reached 2 slots and you add a new plan you get 2 slots
