Is there a problem with the add-on ability to call UK/Europe?

When attempting to add-on international call to United kingdom, nothing happens. No 'apply' option to turn on service, no details wrt assocated cost, simply nothing happens on the screen/page.

Last time that I checked the UK add on was not available

Edited: I checked and Fizz does not offers a UK addons, only 2$ per mins
You must put money in your wallet, but your are better of to buy a prepaid card in à dépanneur

If you have texting included in your plan, you can send international text to UK cell numbers at no charge.

If both parties have an app such as Skype, Messenger, WhatsApp, Hangouts or Houseparty installed, you can both chat for free using wifi or mobile data.

It is stange. I just tried the international add on on my tablet and it doe not work. I tried on my computer and I have no problems. I used Firefox in both cases.
I agreeded with others, there is probably cheaper option to contact someone in UK.
edit: I tried both way within couple minutes. It was not working on my samsung pad last night either.

Some people have had success with international addons, but I didn't and simply gave up. Get a local sim card instead when you're in travel.

I use Whatsapp to call my cousin in UK and friend in France, using WIFI most of the time or Cellular data sometimes, it works well, that is if the other party has Whatsapp!
