Is this a technical issue or is this the standard level of service? I’d like an answer?

I believe that it is a temporary problem, I never had this problem6

I never heard of this problem either. If it keeps doing it in the long term, I would consider contacting customer service to get assistance.
Here's how to contact customer support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM everyday:
1) Connect to your Fizz account (if you have more than one, connect to the one that has the problem) by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2) Click on this link: https://fizz.ca/en/contact-us
3) The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.4 -
Hi Barry, how much delay are we talking about?
More and more people are using their cell phones for work during the day and to keep in touch with family during the evening. Some networks are functioning at peak capacity.I think some delay during this pandemic is not unexpected.3 -
This is unusual, probably due to high use of network in this Covid19 time.3
