Why won't Fizz recognize my husband's number even though I know he's a customer?

Your husband need to have a data plan in order to receive data and the privacy must be Full Fizz Experience
Your husband must do this
- Go to My Profile in your Fizz account.
- Scroll to Settings.
- Click on Privacy.
- here select full experience5 -
When I tried to add a contact, I was not able to do it with the email, only the phone number without dashes. Also, it didn't worked for me on the mobile website, only on the "full" website from a computer.4
