First, connect you to your Fizz account.
Then, types this adress:

Wait to see the green chat bubble down to the right of the page.
When you see it, click on it.
Your chat session with Fizz begins.

Marina and MichelP are right; Fizz is a digital company so you can only reach them via the chat bubble, Facebook messenger or Twitter (but only they can send you a private message thru Twitter and you need to follow them for them to do that...).
I think it is time to select a Best Answer to close this discussion.
