Not able to connect via my app to my modem?

Hi everyone,
Is some have an idea why we lose connection from connecting to modem via app mobile or via browser. My Wi-fi is functional, and I connected my PC via ethernet cable but no way.
I hate to reboot the modem to get fixed.

    I believe that it is the only option to reboot the modem

    Yes rebooting was the solution for me as well!

    Thanks Mike & Marina for your answer,
    the problem is that i have to disconnect my switch and my router, i have to bother my children...There is a technical issue, it is the 3rd time that I get this problem.
    when i get a chance, Ill contact the customer service
