I updated my payment method, and click on Make a payment, why my internet account still lock ?

You can also try to disconnect the modem for 5 minutes

I unplug for 5min and replug but my home internet still not reactivate.

If not, contact the Fizz customer service by chat from 8h00 to 21h00..
First, connect you to your Fizz account.
Types this adress:

Wait a few seconds until you see the green chat bubble down to the right of the page.
When you see it, click on it.
Your session with Fizz begins.
