I don't thing they can do that. The only way to know is to to contact the support and ask them the question

Fizz can't delay your payment.
It's an automatic billing system.
If your plan is not paid automatically by your credit card, your plan will be blocked.
Please, contact the Fizz support customer by chat from 8h00 to 21h00, each day.

We are users. Therefore we cannot control any payment or account information.
You will need to contact Fizz personally and explain them your situation.
Although I don’t think it will be possible for them to make that type of arrangement, you can try.

If they do not accept, maybe you can purchase a prepaid credit card from one of your local pharmacies? That might help you if you have some cash laying around.

You have to chat with the customer service via Facebook, I know a friend of mine which missed a payment for one day, the internet was lost,because an automatic service, may be you have chance with the actual situation COVID-19, they will not drop the connection.
