Just activated, can receive texts from others on fido and rogers, but not telus. What gives?

Probably the transfert it is not completed at 100% therefore you should write a couple of hours to propagate the information11

I would recommend you continue to wait..
If you are waiting to use your plan because you transferred your number to Fizz, there may be delays if they’re experiencing errors with transferring your number.
If that happens, they will send you a text explaining the reason for the delay and telling you what you need to do (if anything) to fix the situation.

If they don’t contact you. I recommend you contact Fizz personally..

Go to this page https://fizz.ca/en/contact-us, if you are not connected, login first.
•Their business hours are : 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. (EST). (Every Day)
•Wait 5 seconds for the bubble icon to appear at the bottom right of the browser and click on the icon to chat with support. If you happen to have issues with that, I recommend you try using another browser (E.g. Google, etc)

•If the chat bubble does not appear, this means that the number of sessions waiting for answers surpasses FIZZ’s processing capacity. If that happens, send them a private message via Facebook Messenger or Twitter.

If tomorrow morning you still have problems contact the support, they will open at 8am11 -
it looks like Koodo that belongs to TELUS network did not finish the transfer on their side it will be resolved but if in 24 hours it is not then contact fizz support13

Your transfert from Koodoo seems not completed done.
Koodoo is the low-cost cie of Telus.
Be patient and contact tomorrow the Fizz support if this problem is already there,4 -
