Why is rescheduling an internet move not working?

When on the re-scheduling screen, after selecting a new and available time slot, I select save, the button turns grey and nothing happens... Can you please confirm whether this worked or not and if not move the appointment to Thursday 2nd, same time (between 7:30 and 12:00)? Thanks

Normally, you can re-schedule a new appointment before 20 hours of your previous appointment with the technician.
Please, contact the Fizz support tomorrow from 8h00 to 21h00 and try to report it.
First, connect you to your Fizz account and types this adress:

Wait a few seconds until you see the green chat bubble down to the right of the page.
When you see it, click on it.
