I want to change my pre authorities payment date for my internet and cell phone.

For the mobile
The date on which you activate your SIM card is the anniversary date for your mobile plan, and this date marks the start of your payment cycle each month.

For your Home Internet service:
The date on which you receive your Fizz Wi-Fi modem is the anniversary date for your Home Internet plan, and this date marks the start of your payment cycle each month.

Sorry, You cannot change that.
For your mobile, the date of your montly renewal plan is the date of the activation of your sim card.
And the date of your fizz internet monthly plan is ths date of your installation.

You can always ask Fizz customer service, but normally you cannot

Unfortunately not, as explained by Mike and MichelP the payment date is related with your activation date for mobile and modem reception for internet, impossible to change :-(
