Temporally switching plans, but my current plan has some discounts applied

Due to the COVID-19, I need to WFH until August, thus a faster internet speed is necessary. But when I tried to switch to the 60M plan, I've noticed my current plan price 42 (taxes included) is lower than the market price which meaning probably there are some discounts applied (I am also a Fizz mobile user).
The price for the 60M plan is 58 with taxes included which probably doesn't consider the discount I have.
I was wondering is it possible to apply the discount in my current plan to my new internet plan?
If not possible, when I switch back to my old plan in Sept., can I get my old price back for my current 30M plan which is less than the market price?
please the attachment.

    Ruixiang,
I recommand you to keep your actual Fizz plan.
    Sorry,
If you change it, you will pay the actual price.

If you could, I suggest too to keep your actual plan because nothing guaranteed to get back your discount on fee in September
