We're not able to connect our new router. It continuously says that the password is incorrect...
Can you please verify this on your side and let us know what the issue is? Thanks a lot

Only to be sure did you put 70 (zero)?
If you already did it, try to do a factory reset
If you want to re-enable the Wi-Fi capability of your Fizz Wi-Fi modem, you'll need to reset it to its factory settings by holding down the reset button, using a small, sharp object, press the modem’s reset button, on the back of the device for 10 seconds.
Wait 5 minutes before try to connect it again10 -

We've tried this so many times and it keeps giving us the same response...
We're using Seven and Zero, yes. We're trying for two days now with no success. Anything else we can do? My dad's freaking out without internet and in isolation...10 -

If you cant connect to your Fizz modem.
You need to contact the Fizz support by chat online from 8h00 to 21h00 each day.
First, connect you to your Fizz account.
Types this adress:

Wait a few seconds until you see the green chat bubble down to the right of the page.
When you see it, click on it.
Your chat session with Fizz begins.10 -
