technician coming for connection?
A Fizz technician was supposedly coming today @ 7:30 to do my installation, but so far no one has shown up. I wasn't sure that the appointment day/time would be maintained due to COVID-19 pandemic, but I rcvd an email that "your tech appointment is today" so I think he/she might still be coming.
Do we also receive an email/text/call when the tech arrives onsite, or do I have to stay near the front door so that I know if they come? Are new client connections affected by the current crisis?

The technician is supposed to pass between the windows from 7:30 to 12 therefore give him time
Sometime the technician calls, but not all the time, therefore, you need to stay home and wait.11 -
What Mike said. It is a time slot, not a specific time. He or she will show up soon, patience is key!11

Mine showed up on time but mentioned the pandemic was making his job harder, don't be surprised if he arrives later than usual3

BTW, I'm more than 3 hours into my appointment time slot and getting anxious for a connection, but I'm told it's worth the wait.10 -
I hope your appointment went well.
If not, check your email (also check junk folder) to see if you received a notification of failure of appointment. Unfortunately this situation can happen for many number of reasons.
