my internet was disconnected and i didnt return the modem, they charged me 150$. i want to know if that money will be returned if i reactivate my internet

You should contact the support and ask them
Try with this instructions, I tried now and I was able to have the chat bubble.

if you can reactivate your account and the modem fee will be reimbursed
if you ever get charged on the modem then you will need to contact support and they will adjust the fees for you8 -
