Unable to call Virgin Phone numbers,

I tried from my 2 Fizz phones to call 2 different Virgin phone numbers and I keep getting "Call can not be connected"
I tried from a Rogers to the 2 Virgin numbers and all was fine
I tried from a Rogers to the 2 Virgin numbers and all was fine

Try to reboot your phone if it does not help contact the support

An other solution can be
Android: Settings → Connections → Mobile networks → Network operators → Search networks → Select Fizz Ext
iPhone: Settings → Operators → Fizz Ext
After 5 minutes set it back to automatic

Try with this instructions, I tried now and I was able to have the chat bubble.

- Go to this page https://fizz.ca/en/contact-us, if you are not connect login
- The business hours: every day from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. (EST).
- Wait 5 seconds for the bubble icon to appear at the bottom right of the browser and click on the icon to chat with support. Try a different browser if you have issues getting the bubble to appear.
