Invoicing after cancelling a plan?

I cancelled my plan the last March 13 before my due date (March 18). However, I received a new charge on my credit card on the 18th of March the total amount of $35.64, even though I do not have service due to the cancellation. I do not need the service from now on, so please I am kindly asking for the complete refund of this $35.64 to my account. Thank you for your cooperation. Looking forward to hearing from you.

It must be an error contact the support in order to get a refund
Try with this instructions, I tried now and I was able to have the chat bubble.
