Hi i am supposed to have the modem delivered on april 6.. with the cocid situation will it still work? Thanks..

    Support will be able to advise on the day as the situation can change.
    Try with this instructions, I tried now and I was able to have the chat bubble.

    The CRTC considers home internet to be an essential service and if your appointment has not been cancelled, then the installation should proceed as planned.
