I dont know about Fizz specifically as I dont have the mobile plan but I know some voicemails allow you to be an "info voicemail" only. You can check in your voicemail settings when you call and see what's available. You could also just fill up your voicemail with messages and change your greeting to say that you cannot take voicemails at this time. Hope this helps!1 -

You can probably disable the forwarding to voicemail from your phone if you want it to stop functioning before your next billing cycle starts. Where you go exactly would depend on your phone. But you can also try dialing ##002# and hit the call button in your phone app to disable it permanently. I accidentally stopped forwarding to voicemail that way.
