Can't reschedule.
The technician came, said didn't have enough line. Cancelled the appointment. I was told to wait for message to reschedule, but when I press "reschedule" it gets me to the "notification" page, when I press "notification" it brings me back to "reschedule." I can't reach out to anyone.

You need to wait 20 hours after the appointment in order to be able to reschedule it8

Personally had to wait 24 hours for my Internet service rebooking.. Good luck! If after a day still no option appears go on https://fizz.ca/en/faq/resolving-issues and wait for the bubble to appear.4
