hi, i purchased about 1 hour ago, a plan, and on one of the technician options, i chose a free installation, i changed my mind and want to add in the 30$ fee to help install everything before my appointment, any help is greatly appreciated thank you!!!

Contact the support, however, to one of my friend had the self installation, when the tech came he ask him if he wants the VIP installation.
