I have a $1 rebate stuck in Pending Removal state and was never applied to my invoice, please fix this glitch.

If you have applied it at least 48 hours before your renewal yes it is a bug.
Remember the rebates are applied to the following billing cycle.
If you applied the previous billing cycle and 48 hours before the renewal contact the support.

- The business hours: every day from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. (EST).
