The 1800 numbers are not working from my cell phone but they do work from a land line

I hope that Fizz is working about this issue.
Try to reach the Fizz support by chat online from 8h00 to 21h00, each day.
First, connect you to your Fizz account.
Then open a second window and types:
https://fizz.ca/en/contact-us
Wait a few seconds to see the green bubble chat down to the right of the page.
When you see it, click on it.
Your chat session begins with Fizz..6 -

I have contacted Fizz by chat about this problem.
I'm supposed to get answer by email in the near future.
If you are able to contact Fizz by chat,
it would be a good idea to report the same problem that you are experiencing.6 -

For my experience,
I tried 3 1-800 numbers.
One is a bank, the 2 others numbers are Insurance Companies.
I dont think , they are all closed( insurance is a public service).
The problem, I think is from Fizz network...5 -
