You must contact the support, usually, they suggest to buy a new one and ask for a refund after the activation

Ask to get a second sim card and get a refund for the first not received.
You must contact the Fizz support by chat online (from 8h00 to 21h00, each day).
First, connect you to your Fizz account.
Then, open a second window and types this address:

Wait 5 seconds to see the green bubble chat down to the right of the page.
When you see it, click on it.
Your chat session begins with Fizz.6 -
Seems like your sim was stolen. The delivery company sticks the envelope with the sim on the front door of the building because they don't have access inside. So it can get stolen.
You should order another sim and get it as soon as you receive the delivery notification. Contact support by chat or messenger after you activate your sim, and you will get a refund for the stolen sim.5 -
