Try to change the browser and/or clear the cache
If it does not helps, contact the support, you are not then first one with this problem

- The business hours: every day from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. (EST).
- Wait 5 seconds for the bubble icon to appear at the bottom right of the browser and click on the icon to chat with support. Try a different browser if you have issues getting the bubble to appear.9 -
it is most likely that you plan is coming to renewal before the 48 hours limite there is a 48 hours minimum before applying any changes9

Wait 5 seconds to see the green chat bubble down to the right of the page.
When you see it, click on it.
A chat window will open and you will be with them to ask for help to modify your Fizz internet plan.9 -
If previous answers didn't work, and if you understand French, try to switch to the French version of the website. It helped me in the past for some issues.7
