My internet has gone down three times today. What is going on?

Have tou tried to reset your Fizz modem?
Put in a needle 15/20 seconds into the reset button at the center of the back of your modem.
Release it after.
Wait 3, 4 minutes to see all the lights coming back of your modem.
You will see appear on the screen of your computer: Easy connect.
Indicate your password.
Your internet connection is supposed to be completely fonctionnal again.
If you have other problems:
Please, contact the Fizz support.
Connect you to your fizz account.

Wait 5 seconds to see the green bubble chat and when you see it, click on it.

Before yesterday I got an outage, my internet connexion was lost in st-léonard area. I suggest you contact client service on facebook : https://facebook.com/fizzca
they will give you an idea
