Is Fizz chat available on weekends?

Is Fizz chat available on weekends? I don't know how to connect for the first time. while everything looks good but I can't find the network on my devoices.

- Go to this page https://fizz.ca/en/contact-us, you must be logged in. The business hours: every day from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. (EST).

- Wait 5 seconds for the bubble icon to appear at the bottom right of the browser and click on the icon to chat with support. Try a different browser if you have issues getting the bubble to appear.
If the chat bubble does not appear, this means that the number of sessions waiting for our answers surpasses our processing capacity. If that happens, send us a private message via Facebook Messenger or Twitter.

If you are not able to find the network on your device, try to Reboot the modem if it does not work do a factory reset

Fizz chat support customer service is available all days from 8h00 to 21h00.
First, connect you to your Fizz account.
Then, open a second window and types this adress:
https://fizz.ca/en/contact-us
Wait a few seconds to see the green bubble chat down to the right of the page.
When you see it, click on it.
Your chat session begins with Fizz.
