I can't listen to my Voice messages
i recently added voice mail to my plan. I am receiving voice mails now, but I can't access it. when i dial my voice mail, the line would cut off right away and when I try from a different phone they would ask me for my pass! but it's new! and I NEVER set up a password yet because I never had access to it... please help me out.

When you activate your voicemail, an access code (PIN) will be sent to you via text message. This code is not required the first time you access your voicemail, but the system will ask you whether you’d like to personalize it. We recommend you do for security reasons. Make sure to choose a PIN you’ll remember easily, all the while keeping in mind that unsafe combinations such as 1234 or 8888 will be rejected.
Know that you can change your NIP directly via your voicemail, or online from your Fizz account (Under: My Plans > Manage My Plan > Advanced Settings > PIN to Access Your Voicemail).
Try to reboot the phone and call back the number which is 1-514-647-0999

I started using the free YouMail app to replace Fizz' voicemail. If you decide to install, you can select "Rogers" or "Fido" as your carrier and it works great!8
