Text not working after data ran out?

My data ran out and I have 2 more days before it renews. But for some reason now I can’t send or receive texts unless I’m on wifi. Why? I have unlimited texting and calling so why did this happen?

Whitout data you cannot receive or send picture by text message but if you have unlimited texting it's suppose to work for text.

Try one by one those 3 solutions who solve a lot of problem

* Restart your phone
* Try enabling air plane mode for 30 seconds then disable
* Take out your SIM and insert it again

If you still have problem, contact the support. You also can aks for data in the community

CONTACT FORM
You can also fill a contact form from your account Once logged in, from the account panel go to My Profile → Contact Form (the subject are limited) and fill out the form and someone will email you back.

Try to restart your phone.
If you want send textos with photos you need some datas.

Hi Constandean,
Are you usine an iPhone?
If so iMessage when the message are in blue you need Data, you might want to turn off iMessage in the settings of the Message to send regular SMS, they will show in green.

It easy, if you are sending a picture (mms), you can't without data, unless you use Wi-Fi, but if you sending a text message (sms) , it should works without data.
