I want to upgrade my data with good price before , for example I have call and messages unlimited and 6gb data $35.00 now when I want to upgrade is expensive I'm just waiting for new promotions for long time

Depends, if you have a stabilization price, yes you will have a huge different, but if your plan is recent you should not pay a lot.

If you pay 35$ it seems that you have a special price, and the current price is 42$ for your plan

If you have a stabilization price for your actual plan, it would be safer for you to keep it.

There are no ongoing promotions.  Sometimes Fizz offers Bonus'.   When Fizz first started off, they where in "stabilization" mode where they had issues to iron out.  So they offered really great deals, but once that phase complete, any new customers, or Stabilization customers who want to change must get the "live" prices.
