Does rollover data adds up for your next cycle only or it can be stored continuously?

I will suggest to see in a different way
The data is valid for 3 complete payment cycles , and you will use the data expiring sooner
All the data as a counter, and you can follow the usage and quantity

Non used monthly datas are reported (roll-overs) and have a life only of 60 days (2 billing cycles)..
After this time, they are erased.
