Propose your second sim card to a friend or a relative.
And you can give your Fizz referral code to benefit both the a credit of 25$.

I would contact the support for that issue.
If they refuse to reimburse you, you can try selling it on kijiji with your referral code. In this case you can have your 10$ back and also get the referral bonus 25$.
