Dropping coverage?

My internet is always dropping network. The wifi strength is very very weak and does not cover the whole house even when there is no hinderance. It has got so much worse lately. Do you have a problem with your network?

If you have problem with the wifi you need to try to disable the band steering

With your prefered browser go to 192.168.0.1

login using the username cusadmin the password is your wifi password

1. Go on Wireless → General settings → 5.0GHz
2. Disable Band steering
3. ATF → 2.4G and disable the ATF option
4. ATF → 5G and disable the ATF option
5. Click on save the modification

The modem should reboot wait couple of minutes

Disable the band-steering
and choose the 2.4ghz network for a better reception of the wi-fi.

Seems to be a wifi issue within your house than Fizz network issue.  As the others have suggested, try disabling the band steering.

You can always get a WiFi extender. But so far I have not had any issues.
