Does Fizz support RCS? If so how can it be enbaled on the pixel 3?

No RCS is not available on Fizz (Fizz uses Videotron network and Videotron does not supports RCS).

 

But Google is offering RCS without carrier in the middle : https://www.androidcentral.com/google-offering-rcs-messaging-without-carrier-middle-what-does-mean-me

My husband have a Pixel 3 and RCS is available and works great for him. But he is not with Fizz, but with Rogers.
