How can I change my email address? I used to be able to do it online (from my profile). Fizz bubble-chat never pops up during business hours. I contacted Fizz on messenger and they told me to do it through the bubble-chat...

How do I change my personal information (name, email, addresses)?

 

You can edit your name, birthdate, email address, password and trusted contact in My profile.

To change your personal information:

1. Go to My Profile in your Fizz account.
2. Scroll to Information.
3. Click on the edit icon next to the information you wish to change.

@Jack025 , I used to be able to change it online and now when I press on my email address, it doesn't let me edit it.

yes i can. contact fizz support with the link I give in my first answer. they are open from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m.

What i would suggest is trying a different browser if youre having issues. Chrome or Firefox. Hope this help

About the chat bubble... Do tou have an ad blocker?

Ad blockers can block the bubble.

It's the same for me. I can change all the informations but not my email adress... And I think it's the same for many other users to.

Also, if you care about your points in the community hub, many people have reported having trouble with their community points after changing their email address.

You cannot change your e-mail adress by yourself into your Fizz account.
For that,
you need to contact the Fizz support for it by chat online.
This chat service is available from 8h00 to 21h00, each day.
The adress is:
https://fizz.ca/en/solutions
Wait a few seconds to see the green bubble chat down to the right of the page.
When you see it, click on it.
Your chat session with Fizz begins.

My profile , fill contact form and ask email change , they will send you new email to the "new" email address and ask you set new password. That's it. Did it myself.
