Logon to your account. Go to your mobile plan. manage plan. Choose travel add-ons. Type in your country.
You will see all the options available to you. It should look like this:

You cannot have call in Costa Rica and your beet option is to buy a travel SIM card on Amazon or at the airport where your gone a land. Even Fizz suggest it.
If you are travelling, we recommend purchasing a local SIM card. This will give you access to better rates on data. Helpful tip: use messaging apps (whatsApp, Messenger...) to stay in touch on the road instead of calling and texting.
