Try to contact the support, more we are to do so, and probably they will fix it
To contact the support you need to go to this page https://fizz.ca/en/contact-us, Fizz push you to find your solution, therefore, you need to search in the solution hub to your solution and only after 10 seconds that you are in a solution page Fizz will give you the chat bubble.

I have no problem with this. My last two payments were at 0$ because they used my referral credit. I still have some to come, I hope they will be applied also. I’m sorry for the ones it’s not working, I hope the problem will be resolved soon!11

I have approximately the same problem, I see in my account pending, but when check payment history, the discount is already applied.
In my case I did not call the customer service, I was OK for me.

I have had no referrals unlocked since they updated the system. I think they broke something.11
