Why I cannot find my plan?

After going to My Plans in my Fizz account, no information is there and ask me to create a plan.

Are you a new subscriber? It might take a couple of hours to be there6

Did you already have an active plan or you just created it a few moments ago? Was your credit card charged? If you just created a new plan, give it a few moments to activate.
If nothing appears, you can contact Fizz support tomorrow

If you still don’t see it tomorrow, personally I would communicate with them by messenger, that’s what works best for me.Good luck with this issue!5

Since how many time did you subscribe ? Did you try with a different browser ?5

Have you activated your sim card and choose a plan today?
It can take somes hours to be activated.
Or tomorrow morning, contact the Fizz support by chat.

Thank all of you for the answer. I find I have to log on with FIZZ account instead of signing in with Google, even the email address is same.2
