Why I cannot find my plan?

After going to My Plans in my Fizz account, no information is there and ask me to create a plan.

    Did you already have an active plan or you just created it a few moments ago?  Was your credit card charged?  If you just created a new plan, give it a few moments to activate.

     

    If nothing appears, you can contact Fizz support tomorrow

    Thank all of you for the answer. I find I have to log on with FIZZ account instead of signing in with Google, even the email address is same.
