Home Internet outage 2 times in the last few days.
Is there an internet outage last night? This morning I lost internet connection. But after rebooting the modem, the internet connection came back. It also happens a few days ago during the night, it suddenly lost connection. That day the modem seems to lost connection to the server, but it came back in the next morning. I have the internet service since the beta period and no problem or outage ever since. I was wondering if Fizz or Videotron is doing some server maintenance recently that cause the temporary outage. It will be good to know in advance from an email that it will be some schedule maintenance that could disrupt the internet connection. Do we have a network status log page that we can check any history network status?

I am with a cable but not Fizz, and for 3 days I lost my connection between 4am to 7am
I do not know if it can be related

My internet has been experiencing issues lately. Every day my connection gets super slow and there is no way to fix it. It magically gets to its normal speed after a while. Does anyone know how to fix this??11

Wednesday afternoon we had Internet outage in Ville St Laurent, as mentioned by Mansoor, my internet speed fluctuates also, last Saturday morning it was running slow, few hours later the speed was back to normal!!!12

I read that Videotron is having some trouble in some areas, no problem here in Quebec City for home internet.13

It looks like a problem with the videotron network in some areas.
For me, on the south shore, my internet connection is stable since a few months.10 -
Outtages can occur but at least Vidéotron has various monitoring tools to detect them. It should be addressed fast enough, especially if it affects many users (internet, cable tv, telephone, etc)

There seems to be some issues the last couple of days. I'm sure it will all be resolved soon10

I had the same problem this week, Tuesday around 7:30 pm, I lost the internet connection for 1 hour, I rebooted the modem after an hour the internet was back, I'm leaving in St léonard, I asked a friend of mine the same day living in ahuntsic-cartierville, so it was OK for him.
I guess a lot of people experiencing the same problem

Happened to me this morning and last night.With previous cable provider I did not have any outage for years.I pay for 60 Gb 29+tax but I don't stay with fizz for long I thing.Few months ego I cancelled my mobile service with fizz.Not worthy.For 25$ unlimited canada+1Gb and Volte+wifi calling with different provider,so good luck with fizz.14
