In order to reset the limit you need to contact the support
To contact the support you need to go to this page https://fizz.ca/en/contact-us, Fizz push you to find your solution, therefore, you need to search in the solution hub to your solution and only after 10 seconds that you are in a solution page Fizz will give you the chat bubble.

Unfortunately Aravind, that will go to tomorrow morning starting at 8 AM.
The chat service is available every day from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. EST. The chat bubble won’t appear outside of these business hours.7 -

The only solution for the problem about your credit card, you need absolutely contact the Fizz customer service by chat.
Your credit card must reset in their system.
Chat is available from 8h00 to 21h00, each day.
To do it without problem:
First, connect you to your Fizz account.
Then, open a second window and types this adress:

Wait a few seconds to see the green chat bubble down to the right of the page.
When you see it, click on it.
