Remise en fonction du wifi

Il y a eu interruption de mon internet. Qu'est-ce je dois faire pour que ça fonctionne? La facture est payée depuis plus de 2hres

    If your payment didn't go though, they will try to charge you again in a few hours. Your service will be back online shorty after.

    Je vous suggère de communiquer avec le support, personnellement je communique avec eux par messenger, c’est ce qui fonctionne le mieux pour moi.

    Get in touch with the support. Personally I communicate with Fizz by messenger, that’s what works best for me.

    une fois la facture est payer en retard elle prend quelque heures pour qu'ils remet le service en marche

    The payment takes a bit more time to get processed.
    But since the plan is payed late, maybe you need to chat with them and open a ticket for the case to move faster.
