I live in Montreal and there’s no service at all today! Did the service down for others?

What lights appear on your router? 

Verify if it's your internet connection from Fizz or if it's your home network (WiFi) the source of the problem.

How long time ou put in the reset button?
You must put in at least 35,40 seconds and wait 3,4 minutes to see coming back all the lights of the modem including network 2.4 and 5g.
Or if nothing works,
