How do I deactivate the “SIT ALG” (in the Fizz tower) so that my voip landline from teksavvy will work?

It's SIP ALG.

Go to the router's web administration page at 192.168.0.1 then Basic Settings -> Gateway Function tab -> select Disabled for SIP ALG then Save Changes.
