At the moment, I only have a mobile account (no internet yet), but I've received Internet Bonus' (1$ and 2$).

 

Can I apply the 2$ bonus in a Mobile slot even though I don't have internet service for a 2$ reduction?

Unfortunately it appears upgrades are categorized Internet and Mobile services and they are not interchangeable.

I have internet only, but there are mobile data upgrades that I cannot use. That is, not without a mobile subscription!

Somewhat similarly, mobile data perks cannot be gifted from an internet-only account.

Unfortunately not...I think it’s Fizz way to get you to subscribe to there internet plan!
They got me to do it...and I must say, I don’t regret it at all except that I had to create a gmail adresse.

Unfortunately you can't, you need the associated service to get it. Hopefully they change their mind in the future if enough people complain about the limitation.
