The perks of 1$ rebate and 2$ rebate for internet. Is that applied to the subtotal?

Great question. It's nice that the rebates are applied to the subtotal so that the tax on that rebated amount does not need to be paid. That is a 15% value. I think in general that's how rebates are supposed to be done as opposed to applying credits towards the total.
